Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. "French" the chicken wing drumettes but cutting the skin and tendons at the base of the drumette (Illustration)
  2. Push the chicken into a meatball at the top of the drumette (should look like a lollipop)
  3. Wrap the bacon around the chicken, secure it with a toothpick (I was fine without using a toothpick)
  4. Put on grill using some type of stand (I used my jalapeno rack)
  5. Grill at around 250 to 300 degrees until the bacon is crisp (about 1 1/2 hours), use indirect heat
  6. Baste with BBQ Sauce and let stay on grill for about 10 more minutes
  7. Take off grill and let cool for a few minutes
