Ingredients:

  • 1 Bunch Asparagus
  • 1/2 Stick unsalted butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Juice of 1 Lemon

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in saucepan.
  2. Move to a bowl and add juice of a lemon and then asparagus
  3. Mix the asparagus in the butter
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Grill over low direct heat until tender and turn over occasionally.  Asparagus is done when it is soft, but still has a little crunchiness left.

Results:

This is simple to do, but tastes great.  I like to cook vegetables on the grill, it just seems to add a good flavor to the vegetables.
