Ingredients:
- 1 Bunch Asparagus
- 1/2 Stick unsalted butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Juice of 1 Lemon
Instructions:
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Move to a bowl and add juice of a lemon and then asparagus
- Mix the asparagus in the butter
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Grill over low direct heat until tender and turn over occasionally. Asparagus is done when it is soft, but still has a little crunchiness left.
Results:
This is simple to do, but tastes great. I like to cook vegetables on the grill, it just seems to add a good flavor to the vegetables.
