The company I work for hosts a yearly conference for clients and this year we are doing something a little different.  We are doing a BBQ for our clients one of the nights for dinner.  And the cool thing about it, is I was asked to cook for it.  I have been pondering what to cook for a while and this is what I have come up with:

I am pretty sure I am going to cook the black bean burgers for the people that do not eat meat, everyone seems to really enjoy those.  For everyone else though, I am not sure.  I have debated on a bacon wrapped pork loin or a bourbon marinated pork loin for a while now and some type of BBQ chicken.  This would give people a choice of what they want, but I may just do pulled pork so I can get it cooked ahead of time and just reheat it the day of the BBQ.  There is probably going to be 100-120 people that I have to cook for, so what ever I choose it is going to be a fun challenge.

Do any of you have any recommended recipes that you love?  Simplicity for a large event is probably a good thing.

The best part of this is that I am going to have to borrow 6+ grills from a bunch of co-workers and that will be fun managing the differences between them and getting all the food done at an appropriate time.  The good thing is I can probably double wrap everything in aluminum foil and then wrapped in a towel and place in coolers until it is time to eat.  So I will probably shoot to get everything done about 2 hours before.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.  And if I use your idea, I will be sure to let the world know!
